“It has been tremendously helpful to the company, as I have been involved in the development of the NAFD’s policies on all kinds of areas, and benefited from the experience of committee colleagues from businesses of all shapes and sizes, which has given me a wider perspective on the industry.”

– Past President Abi Pattenden, Freeman Brothers, Sussex

“Although any elected role within the NAFD requires a time commitment, the ability to shape the work of the NAFD is invaluable. I would encourage anyone who has an interest in being at the forefront of the future of our profession to put themselves forward.  You will gain knowledge and insight – and make invaluable and lasting friendships with others who, like you, are devoted to the funeral profession and the care of bereaved people.”
