Do you want to nominate someone for Honorary Membership of the NAFD? Honorary Membership is designed to recognise an individual’s sustained and outstanding voluntary contribution to the Association.

Nominate someone for Honorary Membership of the NAFD by 31 January 2023

Honorary Members are presented with a certificate of Honorary Membership and an Honorary Member medal and ribbon. In addition, Honorary Members are invited each year to attend the annual Past Presidents & Honorary Members’ dinner, as well as General Meetings of the Association in a non-voting capacity. They can also attend NAFD educational sessions at no charge.

Nominations for NAFD Honorary Membership are now warmly invited from the Nominations and Governance Committee.  Nominations can be made from any two members of the Association, one acting as proposer and one as seconder. They must be from two different member firm businesses.

Using a form that has been created to support this process, the proposer will need to outline their reasons for nominating the person for Honorary Membership, detailing how their work or service has been of great value to the NAFD at a national level.

If you wish to nominate a member, please contact Membership Officer Su Lewis ([email protected]) for a nomination form. The deadline for nominations is 31 January 2023.
