The NAFD is pleased to report that the Belgian industrial entrepreneur Guido Dumarey has successfully completed the acquisition of Coleman Milne’s parent company Woodall Nicholson.
Mr Dumarey has confirmed that he intends to seamlessly integrate all of Woodall Nicholson’s businesses into “new companies consolidated under the umbrella of Woodall Nicholson, a new holding reflecting the rich heritage of the group as a leading specialist vehicle manufacturer in Europe.”
Further, Mr Dumarey has said he intends to “collaborate with their talented teams to continue delivering innovative mobility solutions. This marks a significant step towards our commitment to shaping a future where environmentally conscious transportation is accessible to all.”
